And we're off to a great start with this week's Cheap Eats—which feels like an early Christmas present we didn't ask for but needed. Just some of the cool deals not to miss this week? Promos on milk tea, coffee, pizza, lechon, and even free cake.

Serenitea: Hokkaido Milk Tea and Chicken Chops promos

Serenitea has a month-long promo on their bestselling Hokkaido Milk Tea. The good thing about this promo is that the discount gets bigger the more Hokkaido Milk Tea you buy. Peep the discounted rates:

• Buy 3 at 30% off: P253 for Medium and P283.5 for Large
• Buy 4 at 40% off: P288 for Medium and P324 for Large
• Buy 5 at 50% off: P300 for Medium and P337.5 for Large

Serenitea has a second promo for another bestseller, the Chicken Chops. From September 1 to 12, you can get this fan-favorite for only P99 instead of its original price of P150—that's a huge 34% discount.!

These Serenitea promos are available for walk-in, take-out, and delivery via GrabFood, foodpanda, or any third-party delivery applications. Prices may vary.

Ikinari Steak: B1T1 on Tenderloin Steak and Hamburg Steak

Ikinari Steak's got a JCB Platinum credit card-exclusive promo that sadly ends this month—so take advantage of it while you can! Just in case you missed it for the past two months, here's a refresher: RCBC JCB Platinum cardholders can enjoy a B1T1 Tenderloin Steak (200 grams) or Hamburg Steak (200 grams) on Tuesdays; and for RCBC JCB Gold and Classic cardholders, you can get a B1T1 on Hamburg Steak (200 grams) on Tuesdays.

This Ikinari Steak promo is available on Tuesdays until September 24, and there is a limitation of one transaction per card, per visit, per branch, and per day. As of writing, Ikinari Steak has branches at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay, One Ayala in Makati, and Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City.

Starbucks: P120 for a Tall-sized Iced Duo Mocha

Following last month's Monday promos on Frappuccinos is the new Espresso Mondays. This time, different iced espresso-based, Tall-sized beverages are marked down to P120 on Mondays.

On September 2, it's the Iced Duo Mocha, followed by the Iced Double Caramel Macchiato on September 9, Iced Vanilla White Chocolate Mocha Americano on September 16, Iced Salted Caramel Latte on September 23, and lastly, the Iced Praline Mocha on September 30.  This Starbucks promo is available for dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru transactions.

Greenwich: Buy one, take two pizza promo is extended for the whole month of September

Here's an early Christmas wish granted: Greenwich's buy one, take two (B1T2) pizza promos are extended for another month—up until the end of September. The only difference in this second promo run is that it applies to different pizza flavors. 

According to the Facebook post, when you buy one 12-inch Hawaiian Overload Pizza for P485 or a 12-inch Honey-Glazed Spinach & Pepperoni Pizza for P605, you can get two 6-inch Classic Pizzas for free. This Greenwich promo is available for dine-in and take-out across all stores nationwide until September 30.

Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant: Free Mini Crinkle Cheesecake for September celebrants

For the Virgos and Libras in your life whose birthday milestonesyou'd want to celebrate, Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant is giving away a free Mini Crinkle Cheesecake for September celebrants. You can get this freebie dessert when you meet a minimum purchase worth P3,000 (no splitting of bills!).

This promo is available for the whole month of September and is exclusive for September celebrants who are dining in. Just remember to bring a valid ID showing the photo and birthdate of the September baby.

Sabroso Lechon: Get your second lechon at 50% off

Lechon is typically for fiestas and birthday celebrations, but this Sabroso Lechon promo isn't exclusive to September birthday celebrants. For the whole month of September, this lechon shop is letting you get a second pig for half the price upon purchase of a whole lechon for its regular price. This promo does not apply to conchillo, and the 50% discount only applies to the same size of lechon or a lower-priced item from the menu. This Sabroso Lechon promo is available until October 15; take note that a full payment is required upon reservation.

S&R New York Style Pizza: P969 for two pizzas and soda

S&R New York Style has monthly pizza promos and for the first month of the Christmas season, they're bundling two 18-inch pizzas and soda for P969. Your options for the 18-inch made-to-order pizza are All Meat, Cheese Burger Deluxe, Cream Cheese Pepperoni, and Hawaiian, while the second 18-inch pizza is fixed on the Cheese Pizza.

For your drinks, you can choose between a 1.5-liter Coca-Cola and a 1.5-liter Pepsi. Just take note that if you want the Coke, this is exclusive to S&R New York Style Pizza branches at Landmark Alabang and Landmark Trinoma. This promo is available until September 30.

Wildflour: Get your second pastry for P12

Wildflour has extended its 12th Anniversary Pastry Promo until the end of September. This is the too-good-to-be-missed promo wherein you can buy your second pastry for only P12 instead of its regular price. This pastry promo is available across all Wildflour Restaurant and George and Onnie's branches, from 11 a.m. to 11:59 a.m. (yes, 59 minutes only!), until September 30. There's no limit to how many pastries a customer gets; the discount only applies to pastries of equal or lesser value.
