(SPOT.ph) It was just last month that McDonald's surprised us all with an eye-popping deal, where those with certain letters in their name could get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese for just P25. Perhaps because of its... shall we say intEResting mechanics, it also spurred a number of parodies—all in the name of fun! If you weren't able to take advantage of the promo, here's your second chance: the fast-food chain's doing a second round today, September 24, only for two hours this afternoon.

Here's how to score McDonald's burgers for just P25 today:
Are you an Erwin, Peter, Kimberly, Lucifer, and so on? Then you'll want to run, not walk, to your nearest McDonald's for this one-day only promo, which happens from 2 to 4 p.m. only for today, September 24. You can order their signature Quarter Pounder with Cheese (ala carte) for just P25—which, given its regular price tag of P159, allows you to save P134! Similar to the original promo, this is valid for new and existing McDonald’s App users with the letters ER in that same order in your first, middle, or last name (nicknames don't count!)—but only if you weren't able to avail of your P25 burger during the August round.
The McDonald's app is available for Android or iOS (don't confuse this with the McDelivery app); sign up on the app and you get access to a special coupon and QR code for your P25 burger. From there, you can rush to your nearby branch at the said time this afternoon; make sure to bring a clear and valid government or school ID with a photo, too. Only the owner of the ID and McDonald's app can claim their discounted burgers personally (be it for dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru) at stores, and each person gets just one round on the promo.
